SOME GOOD REASONS FOR GIVING YOUR VOTE TO THE CDA

We represent unity among South Africans
While other parties are splitting and forming new divisions while not really offering anything fresh to the electorate, the CDA represents a coming together of Christian parties, groups and organisations to present a unified and dynamic voice for all people who believe in time tested values.

We are on many issues, the only actual opposition
While the DA and others present themselves to the public as opposition parties, they are not really opposition in the true sense of the word. Our horrific abortion laws, our chaotic education system, the pornograpghy and filth that now permeates
our media, our dismal new health system. All of these were brought about by the ANC in alliance with these so called opposition parties. Parliamentary records will clearly show that they all have voted in favour of each of these pieces of legislation. Vote CDA and you will be voting for real opposition.

We present a positive alternative not just a fear based reaction
For too long, we as South Africans have been voting based on fear and on past prejudices. The CDA represents a fresh and positive option for values based voters who are tired of just voting against the ANC. We provide the electorate the chance to vote FOR something.

We will not sacrifice the rights of the majority for political correctness
We have stood firmly behind our support for the death penalty for murderers and are not ashamed to value the rights of the innocent above those of criminals. We will ensure that criminals in prison work and work hard, to pay for their board and lodging instead of having tax payers providing them demanded luxuries. We will protect the life of the unborn without question, because we value life - all life. We are not ashamed to stand for what is right and publicly take a stand against what is wrong. Regardless of the consequences.

We have a clear mandate by which we can be measured
Whilst it might seem archaic to some, by us being Bible based, anyone at any time, can hold us accountable by that same measure. There is a clear unchanging yardstick by which we are easily brought to account. Compare that to other parties that have no set moral standard. Will change just to keep the electorate happy. How do you keep someone like the DA accountable when they have no set policy on most issues but allow their candidates freedom of choice when voting? We will remain committed to our election promises regardless of criticism and regardless of results. That means you can trust us to never compromise or let you down.
